Shipping policy

Orders for Mainland UK customers can expect to receive their goods within 1-3 working days. Courier transit time can take an additional 2 days to customers in the Highlands. Nise Wholesale uses DPD, DHL and Royal Mail for it's deliveries subject to the volumetric size of the order and destination. Every order is dispatched on a priority basis.

Before goods are despatched, payment must be made.

Carriage is charged is charged per weight .

Orders under 5kg : £7.95

Orders up to 20kg: £9.95   

Orders up to 40kg: £12.95

Orders above 40kg: £19.95

Delivery at our standard rate is to Mainland UK only.

The Islands, Northern Scotland, Ireland and the rest of Europe are charged at a different rate

Please ensure someone is available at the provided delivery address to receive the order. If the courier service has tried to deliver the goods on different occasions but has found no-one in to take receipt, the goods may be returned to us automatically by the courier for which we will be unable to re-ship out without re-applying the postage cost. 

It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure they have entered the correct delivery address. If the wrong address is supplied and a delivery is made by us then we will not be able to refund or re-deliver the goods and the purchaser must then make their own arrangements to collect the goods delivered to the address supplied.

We can not deliver to BFPO addresses.
