It has all the principle ingredients that go into a jerk seasoning blend, such as allspice, hot peppers, cloves, cinnamon, and nutmeg. To balance out the flavours, you can add  variations of sweet flavours such as brown sugar, or honey, pineapple or mango to your taste if you are making a wet version.
